How a first-time founder tests an idea without hiring a team

You have an idea you cannot stop thinking about, and no team. Hiring is the usual next step, and it is the wrong one while the idea is still unproven. Autopo exists for that gap: describe the idea, get a company charter and an AI team, and keep the decisions for yourself.
An unproven idea is an expensive thing to staff
A first hire commits you to a salary, a role and a direction before you know whether any of them are right. The cost is not only money: every person you bring in shapes what the company believes it is doing. Before the idea has been tested, that is a lot of commitment to the wrong shape.
Write the idea down as a charter
Autopo starts by turning the idea into a company charter. In Genesis, you describe a new idea in a sentence or two. In Adopt, you bring an existing product through the same step. The charter is written down, so every role works from the same picture of what the company is for, who it serves and how it decides.
Give the idea an AI team, not a payroll
Once the charter exists, Autopo starts an AI team. The team works in tasks, with budgets, and it asks for approval before it spends money, speaks for you or does something it cannot undo. That is the difference from a payroll: you can start the work, and stop it, without a hiring round.
Keep the decisions for yourself
You stay on the Board. Governed actions wait in one inbox, with the agent's reasoning, a preview of what it would do, and an independent Verifier's note. You decide what the company does where it matters; the team keeps working on the rest.
Judge the idea by evidence, not by narration
Progress should be something you can check. A stage advances on numbers the agents cannot make up: measured is solid, an estimate is marked, and a claim nobody has checked stays unverified. When you test an idea this way, you learn whether it holds before you pay for a team.
